Booth prices and options
A standard Booth is 10 m2 and costs 1’450 EUR (exl VAT). This includes chairs and power.

Setup & Dismantling
To ensure a smooth exhibition experience, all exhibitors have dedicated access times for booth setup and dismantling.
Setup: 5 March 2026 — 09:00 to 18:00
Time frame to construct your booth, arrange displays, and test any equipment. Technical support for electricity, lighting, and furniture is available on-site.
Dismantling: 7 March 2026 — after 16:30
Booths may be dismantled after the official event closing time. Early teardown is not permitted for safety reasons and to maintain a professional environment for visitors and other exhibitors.
