Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all ticket purchases for the IASRE event organised by IASRE GmbH.

1. No Right of Withdrawal (Widerruf)

Tickets for events that take place on a specific date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under:

ยง 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB

Therefore:

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled

  • Tickets cannot be refunded

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged

All ticket sales are final.

2. Transferability

Most tickets are transferable unless marked otherwise.
The new ticket holder must comply with all IASRE terms and venue rules.

Commercial resale is prohibited.

3. Event Changes

Changes to:

  • schedule

  • programme

  • exhibitor lineup

  • demonstration timetable

  • floor layout

  • speakers or guests

do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

4. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed:

  • Tickets remain valid for the new date

  • Refunds are issued only if the new date is not provided or cannot reasonably be attended

No compensation is provided for travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

5. Event Cancellation

If the event is fully cancelled by IASRE GmbH:

  • The ticket price will be refunded

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • Refunds exclude travel, accommodation, shipping, and other consequential expenses

  • No further claims may be asserted

6. Denied Admission or Removal from the Event

No refund is provided if a visitor is refused entry or removed due to:

  • safety violations

  • aggressive behaviour

  • intoxication

  • breach of venue rules

  • misuse or manipulation of a ticket

7. Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
Entry is only possible with a valid, scannable ticket.
