FLOOR PLAN

Payment and Terms:
After receiving your application, we will confirm availability and send you an invoice. Payment is due within 14 days. Bank transfer only. Your booth is officially reserved once payment is received.

Setup: 5 March 2026 — 09:00 to 18:00
You may enter the hall during these hours to construct your booth, arrange displays, and test any equipment. Technical support for electricity, lighting, and furniture is available on-site.

Dismantling: 7 March 2026 — after 16:30
Booths may only be dismantled after the official event closing time. Early teardown is not permitted for safety reasons and to maintain a professional environment for visitors and other exhibitors.
